Pay your bill in 3 easy steps without registering. All you need is your account number from your bill and to verify your service address. If you do not have your bill, call (254) 662-1415 during office hours.
Payments made prior to 5:00 p.m. will be posted to your account the same day. Payments made after 5:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
Cutoff Policy
If your water has been shut off for non-payment, email payment confirmation to Cutoffs to arrange for reconnection. If the entire past due balance and associated fees have been paid and confirmation is sent before 6 p.m., water will be reconnected the same day. Anything after 6 p.m. will be reconnected during normal connection hours (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.) on the next business day.
